retro cool: A-frame houses

While on an early evening walk with my golden retriever, I spotted something that's not usually seen around these parts (Annapolis, Maryland): an A-frame home. I grew up in Texas, where everything was built in the past 30 years or so, and my neighborhood consisted of cookie-cutter houses - there wasn't much history in our homes. When I spotted this home, I was compelled to snap a picture of this reminder of the 60's. I also found a few examples of some A-frames in modern times. I'd love to live in one of these someday. Something about them is so uniquely cool.
